Voucher Policy

Majestic Furniture vouchers provide a fixed AED discount or a percentage discount, as stated on the voucher. These terms apply to vouchers issued through our showrooms, website, customer service team, or authorized promotions.

A voucher may have a minimum cart value and may apply only to selected products, categories, brands, variants, or other qualifying items. The applicable conditions are configured when the voucher is issued and must be satisfied at checkout.

The minimum cart value determines whether the voucher may be used. The discount itself applies only to qualifying items in the cart.

A fixed-amount voucher deducts the AED value shown on the voucher, up to the value of the qualifying items. A percentage voucher deducts the stated percentage from the qualifying items.

Discounts are calculated after applicable product offers and combo discounts. A voucher cannot reduce the qualifying item total below zero.

To redeem a voucher online, sign in using the customer account associated with the voucher and apply it in the cart or during checkout. Vouchers assigned to a specific customer cannot be transferred to or redeemed by another customer.

Each voucher may be redeemed once. A voucher is marked as redeemed only when the related order is successfully placed or payment is confirmed.

A voucher must be used before the expiry date shown with the voucher. Expired, cancelled, or previously redeemed vouchers cannot be applied. Voucher codes must be entered exactly as issued.

Majestic Furniture may cancel or refuse a voucher that was issued in error, obtained fraudulently, or used contrary to these terms. If an order using a voucher is cancelled or refunded, voucher restoration is subject to review.
