In-stock items are typically processed and handed over to our delivery partners within 3-5 business days. Transit time can vary depending on your location, but generally takes an additional 2-7 business days for major metropolitan areas.

Custom or made-to-order furniture requires a longer lead time, typically spanning 6-12 weeks for production before the shipping process begins.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the volume weight of your order and the final destination address. Some promotional items or specific order thresholds may qualify for free standard delivery.

White-glove delivery, where chosen or included, provides complete unpacking, assembly of furniture in your room of choice, and removal of all packaging debris. Standard delivery covers drop-off at your door or building lobby.

Once your order reaches the local hub, our delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. You will also receive an email with tracking details once the order leaves our warehouse.

Please carefully inspect all items upon receipt. If any item arrives damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact our support team immediately within 24 hours of delivery.
